About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Tax Compliance Specialist to join our tax team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with global tax regulations for our Brazilian entities.
  • Review and prepare tax returns as necessary to meet local tax requirements.
  • Develop and implement processes/procedures for tax digitalization and automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare calculation records and ensure accuracy of returns.
  • Manage dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Represent the company in interactions with authorities and government agencies.
  • Conduct research and implement tax strategies, internal controls, and processes.
Requirements:
  • Advanced written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, tax, or a related business is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with tax matters is required.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and fact patterns, are required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other technology resources is required.
  • Excellent business partnering, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.
