We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at French & Parrello Associates. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing the firm's growth in the Eastern Pennsylvania Region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver a variety of transportation improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and staffing needs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
- Develop and implement a strategic growth plan for the Pennsylvania Transportation Market, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Work closely with senior management on pursuit identification and proposal preparation, ensuring the development of compelling and effective proposals.
- Lead business development and client management efforts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide oversight and mentorship of staff, ensuring the development of skills and expertise necessary for project success.
- Represent French & Parrello Associates at industry events, technical seminars, and business development opportunities, promoting the firm's expertise and services.
- Collaborate with staff members from other disciplines on large-scale projects, ensuring the integration of expertise and resources necessary for project success.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering and transportation, with a proven track record of successful project procurement and delivery.
- Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania.
- Strong knowledge of PennDOT, PTC, and AASHTO Design Standards, as well as proficiency with PennDOT ECMS.
- A proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
