- Support the development and implementation of project communication plans, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor and report on project metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve project performance.
- Participate in the development and update of project risk registers, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Support the development and distribution of project records and reports, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Actively maintain project organization tools, ensuring team member understanding of roles and responsibilities.
- Support the Project Manager in change management, ensuring necessary reviews and approvals are completed.
- Foster cohesive team building and team interaction across internal and external organizations and stakeholders.
- Assess progress to plan, including earned value management evaluation of project performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management from a four-year college or university.
- Four (4) plus years of related experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector.
- Experience with project controls (cost & schedule) in a project or program environment.
- Leadership of cross-functional technical teams and experience with a power equipment producing OEM or an EPC engaged in Power Plant work.
- Language skills: English and Portuguese are required at working level, Spanish appreciated.
