Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technology Manager to lead and develop our technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic vision and technical decision-making, bridging the gap between technology, product, and business. The successful candidate will define architecture guidelines, oversee their application, foster innovation — particularly leveraging Artificial Intelligence — and ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in structuring technology foundations for financial or payment institutions, as well as implementing information security programs in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams (development, architecture, and agility).
  • Strong technical background in software architecture and software engineering.
  • Solid expertise in cloud computing solutions.
  • Experience in structuring technology for financial or payment institutions, including regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing information security programs and governance frameworks.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to make sound technical decisions.
  • Systemic vision with a focus on scalability, performance, and resilience.
About the Role
