Field Marketing Manager Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled Field Marketing Manager to drive regional field events and programs in Brazil. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales management and marketing teams to develop and execute a regional marketing plan, leverage global integrated campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales management and marketing teams to develop and execute a regional marketing plan that aligns with the regional sales team and corporate marketing performance targets.
  • Leverage global integrated campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion in Brazil.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business and serve as the primary marketing contact for local sales teams, participating in regular sales calls, meetings, and planning sessions.
  • Work with partner and channel marketing teams to identify opportunities, create market awareness, and generate new business opportunities through our partners.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with marketing teams to build campaigns, programs, and regional event strategies.
  • Manage Zoom's field marketing presence and onsite logistics, ensuring seamless event execution.
  • Identify opportunities for customer references and testimonials from various industries.
  • Analyze ROI and manage regional marketing budgets effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of B2B field marketing or related marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in SFDC, Pardot, Tableau, Google Analytics.
  • Strong program/project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
