Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage key projects, drive cross-functional collaboration and execute strategic initiatives efficiently. Our ideal candidate will possess strong command of industry-standard project management methodologies and proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Support business leaders in managing key projects, including objectives decomposition, critical task planning, and coordination of internal/external resources.
  • Framework Development: Contribute to the establishment of a standardized project management system for international operations. Develop and implement project management processes, guidelines, and practices, considering regional business characteristics and cultural differences.
  • Operational Optimization: Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify inefficiencies in organizational processes and operational tools. Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline; Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the Internet/Technology field, with at least 1 year in international project management.
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong command of industry-standard project management methodologies; Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.
  • Execution & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and execute strategic initiatives efficiently; Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Language & Intercultural Competence: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory, Portuguese proficiency is preferred; High cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in a multicultural setting.
