Senior FullStack Developer Opportunity

The platform offers a range of features including scheduling and time tracking, task management, communication management, chat, knowledge base, help desk, HR & people management, recognition & rewards, documentation, and training.

We need an experienced Senior Product Fullstack Developer to further develop this platform. You'll build a product that customers love and use daily, one that's fun, fast, reliable, and scalable.

You'll tackle complex problems from developing responsive UIs to choosing the right backend technologies for specific product use cases at scale.

Responsibilities include leading design, development, and maintenance of complex Python applications, collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements, writing clean code, implementing automation tests, participating in code reviews, monitoring application performance, and driving technological improvement.

This role requires a startup mindset, proactive approach, and ownership-driven attitude, along with expertise in message queues, architecture decisions, scaling services to millions of users, and understanding web technology constraints and UI/UX complexities.

  • 5+ years of experience developing scalable applications using frontend and backend technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience with Python.
  • 3+ years of experience with React, including State Management libraries like MobX, Redux.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with MongoDB and MySQL at an expert level.
  • Deep expertise in message queues, especially RabbitMQ, for building scalable, message-driven systems.
  • Experience with both AWS and Azure.
  • Ability to understand pros and cons of different architecture decisions and choose the best option.
  • Experience scaling services to millions of users.
  • Understands complexity of web technology, constraints, UI/UX.
