Talent Acquisition Specialist

Support and assist the Senior Drilling Engineer in all aspects of drilling engineering works to ensure successful, cost-effective, and safe implementation of exploration wells.
- Be responsible for all well engineering matters throughout the well planning and construction phases;
- Coordinate and prepare the Drilling Program, including cost estimates and Approval for Expenditure (AFE);
- Evaluate offset well data and build correlation packages;
- Monitor daily drilling operations by actively participating in the operation team;
- Interact daily with service companies to ensure safe and efficient well construction as planned;
- Review bridging documents;
- Keep drilling management informed on the progress of drilling activities;
- Coordinate necessary permitting requirements;
- Prepare work scope and evaluate technical and commercial selection of service providers and equipment;
- Enforce operational, safety, and environmental policies and procedures;
- Review and provide feedback on vendor invoices;
- Improve drilling efficiency through the application of state-of-the-art technology in all facets of operations;
- Reduce non-productive time and operations costs by identifying problem areas, analyzing trends, and recommending remedial actions;
- Review, analyze, and modify base requirements for the scope of work and technical specifications for tender packages to meet project requirements and minimum cost concepts while ensuring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance;
- Ensure that all well documentation is organized during and at the end of drilling operations.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Minimum B.S. degree in Engineering;
- Five years of experience in drilling engineering and operations with a minimum of five years' experience in drilling operations;
- Availability to go to the rig site as required;
- Full knowledge of Landmark drilling software;
- Familiarity with floater drilling rig units;
- Fluent in English;
- BOSIET and IWCF level 4 certification.
