Job Role

Our team is seeking a highly motivated individual to perform valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities. This involves using accepted and relevant approaches and theory to provide insightful results.

  • Develop and maintain financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction, and option pricing analyses.
  • Conduct thorough research on client needs, industry trends, and market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data pertinent to research being done by company attorneys.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting or Economics.
  • Available for at least 6 months, with one year preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities.
