Senior Information Security Manager

 

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Information Security Manager to join our team.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of enterprise-wide information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the integrity, functionality, and reliability of our network and systems.

 

This role requires strong leadership skills to guide and motivate staff, as well as the ability to drive change into the organization and develop and maintain working relationships with other executives to drive innovation.

 

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of direct work experience in a senior management role, including experience in financial services, general knowledge of several operating systems and corresponding security systems, and outstanding oral and written communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines
  • Lead staff and manage enterprise-wide information security initiatives
  • Collaborate with business partners to negotiate and execute strategic information security programs
  • Provide guidance on strategic information security issues, regulations, and legal matters
