About the Role

As a Facilities Operations Specialist at Goodyear, you will play a critical role in evaluating operational systems and facility infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize operational efficiencies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Operational Analysis
    • Gather and analyze data, blueprints, and reports to inform decision-making.
    • Determine facility and equipment specifications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Project Management
    • Analyze project costs and prepare budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
    • Design and oversee the implementation of facility expansion, layout, and quality controls.
  • Energy Management
    • Develop energy models for predicting energy usage and manage the energy budget.
    • Coordinate work of boiler room and compressor station operators, and specialists working on maintenance of energy fluid systems and plant services.
  • Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
    • Prepare reports and compliance documentation to support operational excellence.

Requirements


VI/VII degree of education (Mechanical or Technical Engineering background)

Excellent computer skills and use of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Team spirit

Adaptability, patience, ability to meet tight deadlines
