As a key member of our music marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing content and influencer strategies for artists and music promotion campaigns on TikTok.

Content Strategist

You will work closely with the A&R, partnership, and artist management teams to deliver effective content and influencer strategies for artists and music promotion campaigns on TikTok. You will set qualitative and quantitative targets for music promotion campaigns based on business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content and influencer strategies for artists and music promotion campaigns on TikTok.
  • Work closely with A&R, partnership, and artist management teams to deliver effective content and influencer strategies for artists and music promotion campaigns on TikTok.
  • Set qualitative and quantitative targets for music promotion campaigns based on business objectives.
  • Lead and manage promotion projects to develop tracks and build viral cases for various artists on TikTok.
  • Monitor the performance of music and its content on TikTok to discover potential music and content paths, promoting the track effectively.
  • Manage owned promotion resources to select the best songs for promotion, optimizing efficiency for tracks to grow.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers.
  • Participate in creative ideation sessions for artists and music promotion campaigns on TikTok.
  • Analyze the TikTok content ecosystem and monitor emerging trends to develop methodologies for music distribution and promotion on TikTok.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the music industry, specifically in content marketing and influencer marketing fields within labels and DSPs.
  • In-depth knowledge of content, viral music, festivals, and social media trends.
  • Strong data analysis and review skills to make strategic decisions and progress.
  • Effective project management and cross-functional team communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English communication and presentation.
  • Familiarity with music industry trends and the local and international music landscape.
