Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Accounts Director to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Brazil Marketplace organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by engaging with our most strategic seller accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deeply engage with strategic seller accounts to identify opportunities for improved performance
  • Analyze seller data and create tailored account plans to help top sellers achieve their goals
  • Advise sellers on the optimal use of Marketplace tools and programs
  • Promote and drive seller adoption of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to enhance the customer experience
  • Escalate critical seller feedback to the appropriate internal teams to drive continuous improvement of Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience managing and growing large accounts, product marketing or management consulting roles
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel (formulas, data handling, pivot tables, lookups)
