Job Opportunity

This is a mid-to-senior level full-stack developer position that involves working with cutting-edge AI tools to maximize efficiency and code quality.

As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for building and deploying full-scale applications using Python (Flask) and React. You will also support sprint milestones by building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features.

  • Shipping reliable, production-grade code in Python (Flask) and React
  • Supporting sprint milestones by building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features
  • Integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work independently while syncing with the team lead and broader product team
  • Owning your output and maintaining momentum across multiple sprint cycles
About Your Background

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of full-stack experience
  • Python (Flask) – solid production experience
  • React – can build and maintain dynamic frontends
  • Familiarity with Celery for async task management
  • Strong communication skills; able to manage own time and unblock sprint delivery
  • Comfortable working in distributed teams and adapting to existing codebases
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience with Crew AI or similar AI orchestration tools
  • Familiarity with Numpy or other scientific Python packages
  • Understanding of advertising, compliance, or regulated platforms
  • Experience in high-trust, fast-delivery consulting or startup environments
