About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Integration Consultant to join our Presales and Integration team at goFLUENT. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients (large global corporations) in integrating goFLUENT Language Training and Assessment solutions with their Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with our Sales and Customer Success teams to design integration solutions for clients.
  2. Provide expert advice and support to clients on integrating goFLUENT solutions with their LMS or ATS, including Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations (SAML, SCIM, LTI, REST API, etc.).
  3. Work closely with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation and deployment.
  4. Support clients' internal and external teams in resolving technical issues related to integrations.
  5. Train other teams and coordinate information within the organization.

Requirements

  1. University degree, preferably with a technical background.
  2. Proven project management experience, 1-2 years of experience.
  3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  6. English and Spanish language proficiency at level C1.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Proficiency in other languages such as French or German.
  2. Experience with LMS or Learning Experience Platform (LXP) administration and integrations.
  3. Experience with technologies like SAML, OAuth, etc.
  4. Understanding and knowledge of APIs, technical documentation, and coding.
