We are seeking a highly skilled IT Network and Connectivity Specialist to join our team at Statkraft. As a key member of our Connectivity and Network Systems Team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network and security solutions for our energy substations, data centers, and industrial networks.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and translate requirements into network designs, implementations, and communication interfaces.
- Maintain, operate, and control O&M and Corporate Networks, including documentation, equipment lifecycle, and SLAs.
- Provide technical leadership for Network Operations and interactions with global and local teams.
- Troubleshoot and solve complex incidents, monitoring supplier performance to ensure connectivity services, communication links (Internet, MPLS, and Satellite).
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect power plant equipment and systems from cyber-attacks.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language.
- Desired skills include:
- In-depth experience with industrial networks design.
- Skills with Security Controls, Network Infrastructure, Internet Protocol Suite, Cybersecurity, Network Design, CCSE, SD-WAN, MPLS, Cisco Routers, Border Gateway Protocol (BGP).
- In-depth experience working with cross-functional global teams.
- Demonstrated project management skills within a fast-paced, highly integrated environment.
