Job Description:

We are currently looking for a high-energy individual who is ready to succeed in consultative sales. The ideal candidate will either have a working knowledge of solar energy or be willing to learn quickly. You will work directly with consumers to determine the best type of solar energy solution for their situation, ensuring they have the necessary financial resources to purchase, lease, or finance the equipment.

  • You will be dealing with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Our company has established a great sales culture, offering many resources to new candidates, including hands-on paid training.

Responsibilities:
  • In-person presentations of solar proposals to customers
  • Generating business through networking
  • Working in-office when not on appointments
  • Being a team player
  • Cultivating a referral network from customers
  • Communicating with management to analyze and improve marketing/sales tactics and processes
  • Achieving personal and team sales goals and objectives
