We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, employee record maintenance, and payroll support.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with job postings and ensure accurate representation of company openings
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Support payroll processes and ensure timely payments
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
