O gerenciador industrial será responsável por supervisionar as operações industriais, garantindo a produção dentro dos padrões de qualidade, prazo e segurança estabelecidos.

Descrição do Trabalho

Responsabilidades:

  1. Supervisionar as operações industriais;
  2. Liderar e desenvolver a equipe em uma atmosfera inspiradora;
  3. Participar ativamente de projetos que visam aumentar a produtividade;
  4. Promover a organização e disciplina nos processos industriais;
  5. Aplicar ferramentas e metodologias de eficiência industrial;
  6. Validar os processos produtivos;
  7. Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs);
  8. Interagir com outras áreas para garantir a integração e fluidez dos processos;

Requisitos:

  • Diploma de curso superior completo em Engenharia ou Administração;
  • Experiência em posições de liderança na área industrial;
  • Conhecimento em métodos de produção industrial eficientes;
  • Experiência em validação de processos;
  • Histórico de participação em projetos que visam melhorar a produtividade;
