Procurement Contract Manager

The Subcontracts Specialist plays a crucial role in our operations, requiring conceptual knowledge of subcontracts with moderate guidance from colleagues and leadership. They analyze possible solutions using standard procedures, building knowledge of the company, processes, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontracts input into bid proposal activities, including compilation of subcontractor bidding documents, evaluations, and related information.
- Oversee all subcontracts commercial and administrative work within projects.
- Ensure adherence to global procedures outlined in the management system.
- Maintain awareness of HSE Plans and emergency response actions.
- Collaborate with subcontractors on implementation of the HSE Plan.
- Monitor contractual obligations met by subcontractors.
- Identify, evaluate, prepare, and agree on subcontract work scope changes and monitor project risks.
- Process changes with subcontractors as directed by the Subcontract Manager or lead.
- Develop and update cost forecasts for Project Controls Managers.
- Provide input to project reports.
- Support senior resources working with subcontract systems.
- Escalate issues to subcontract leadership in a timely manner.
