Senior Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Functional Consultant to deliver exceptional value to our clients through expert configuration of Oracle CX Applications. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of one or more modules within Oracle CX Fusion Cloud.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex issues, propose tailored solutions, and ensure adherence to Oracle Standard Process guidelines.
  • Configure CX Applications to meet client business requirements and document application set-ups.
  • Evaluate and implement effective solutions, recommending optimal configurations where necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, customer experience, supply chain, procurement, tax, and legal departments, as well as vendors and external partners.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 full life cycle implementation experiences in Oracle CX.
  • The ability to work calmly and professionally in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills – both verbally and in writing.
  • Attention to detail and the capacity to learn quickly.

This is a remote position that demands outstanding trouble-shooting skills and tenacity in problem-solving. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering top-notch customer support and building long-term, successful working relationships with clients.
