  • The successful candidate will have experience in a contract research organization or pharmaceutical industry and possess strong knowledge of the clinical development process and legal and contracting parameters.
  • They will also have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • They will also be able to mentor and motivate junior staff members and contribute to a training and quality assurance plan within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and prepare contracts, budgets, and related documents for participation in industry-sponsored clinical trials.
  • Manage the contract process from start to finish, including reviewing and owning site-specific contracts.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, finance, and clinical operations departments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sites, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth contract management processes.
  • Identify potential operational risks and proactively work to mitigate them.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contract research organization or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial process, ICH GCP, and associated study specifications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
