Full Stack Development Lead

We're seeking a seasoned full stack developer to spearhead the development of scalable web applications and services.
- Lead the design, build, and maintenance of robust APIs and backend services using Node.js and TypeScript on AWS.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers on React/Next.js projects.
- Develop and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS tools.
- Participate in architecture discussions and implementation planning for high-performance systems.
- Evaluate code quality through reviews, automated testing, and documentation.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and experience with AI-enhanced dev tools like Cursor or similar.
Key Requirements:
- Strong background in Node.js, TypeScript, and cloud-native tools on AWS.
- 4+ years of experience in full stack development.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced dev tools.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).
- CI/CD pipeline expertise.
- Infrastructure as Code knowledge (e.g., Terraform).
