Job Description:

  • The role of SEO Strategist & Client-Facing Account Manager involves driving exceptional customer experiences and successful outcomes for clients in the realm of digital marketing.
  • This position requires you to be knowledgeable and experienced with SEO best practices, trends, and principles to ultimately manage client and vendor relationships with great skill that delivers outstanding results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your technical SEO expertise and knowledge to deliver outstanding results and implement technical solutions for clients.
  • Manage client and vendor relationships while ensuring every client has an excellent customer experience and is satisfied with the service provided.
  • Develop, plan, and implement technical SEO solutions, maintaining quality control measures.
  • Strategize content calendars and execute successful content marketing campaigns to drive engagement and results for assigned client accounts.
  • Upsell and cross-sell new products to existing clients, educating them on expected outcomes of tailored SEO solutions.
  • Educate clients on a range of digital marketing products and best practices to optimize their understanding and performance.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in advanced content and tags, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in SEO strategies implemented for clients.
  • Conduct problem-solving techniques with clients to ensure exceptional customer experiences and foster long-lasting working relationships.


Position Specifications:

  • A full-time commitment meeting general availability for office hours (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Phoenix USA Time).
  • Maintain a track record of 140 hours logged per month.
  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Receive contractor status after signing our non-disclosure agreement.
