Finance Lead Role

We seek a seasoned finance professional to spearhead the finance department in our rapidly expanding longevity platform.

  • Lead all financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Manage investor relations, preparing reports for US-based investment funds.
  • Oversee controllership functions, ensuring accounting accuracy and closing the balance sheet.

The selected candidate will produce actionable insights to support decision-making and allocate capital for optimal ROI/ROIC. They will operate and integrate financial systems, implement lightweight business intelligence solutions, and supervise changes in accounting providers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, controllership, investment banking, management consulting, or finance roles in high-growth companies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
  • Fluent English, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and commercial acumen.

Desirable qualifications include experience with consumer packaged goods/e-commerce, reports for US investment funds, and compliance with US GAAP. A proactive problem-solver with process-building abilities is essential for this role.
