Job Description:
As a Client Engagement Manager, you will serve as the key liaison between our clients and internal teams. You will lead technical discovery sessions and consultative introduction calls to gather essential engagement details, such as project timelines, skillset requirements, risks, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Technical Discovery Calls: Showcase outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly, demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle, and use consultative questioning techniques to uncover client pain points.
- Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation: Develop dynamic, visually compelling presentation decks and engagement proposals that clearly articulate service offerings, project scope, value propositions, and strategic recommendations.
- Team Buildout and Project Kickoff: Act as the primary point of coordination among Sales, Recruiting, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth hand-offs from initial engagement through team buildout to project kick-off.
