About the Role

We're looking for a highly knowledgeable HR professional with expertise in employment laws, payroll coordination, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will provide strategic HR support to our employees across Latin America and Canada, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive HR support to employees in Brazil, Mexico, Peru, and Canada, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate salary and payroll processes between Global HQ in Shenzhen, a global staffing company, and local employment agencies, ensuring all payroll requests and changes are submitted on time.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for the Latin American and Canadian region, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems ensuring accurate data management and system efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing employee relations issues, providing guidance on HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Provide ongoing performance management support, including coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions, to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Stay informed of and ensure compliance with employment laws in Brazil, Mexico, Peru, and Canada. Manage immigration and employment-related issues and provide guidance on legal requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and interpret HR policies across the region, ensuring consistency and alignment with global practices.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, coaching managers through transitions and fostering a high-performance culture.
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a strong knowledge of employment laws in Brazil, Mexico, Peru, and Canada. You should have a proven track record of successfully supporting regional HR operations in a multi-country context.
