Leadership Role:

  • In this key leadership position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the clinic's daily operations, team development, and clinical excellence.
  • You will work closely with the Clinic Director to manage day-to-day clinic activities, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality patient care.
  • A key aspect of this role is team member onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development, fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to clinical standards and policies, as well as payer and compliance requirements.
  • This position involves providing quality ABA therapy within the clinic-setting, supervising RBT/Behavior Technicians, and maintaining a caseload of 25 hours per week.
  • As a point of contact for parents and caregivers, you will support strong communication and family engagement.
  • Collaboration with BCBAs and other clinical leaders is essential to ensure best practices in treatment delivery.
  • In times of need, you may be required to step into the Clinic Director role to support continuity of leadership.

Qualifications:

  • An active BCBA certification and State of Michigan License are mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a BCBA is preferred, along with leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • A passion for working with children with autism and their families is essential, as is a commitment to high standards of care.
