Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring reliable and cost-effective operations, advising technical staff on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair work, and conducting field missions.

This role offers a challenging and dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to broaden your horizons and knowledge while working with a top-notch team.

As a Technical Representative, you will be responsible for managing maintenance and/or repairs, implementing upgrades, and providing advice to local operators to enable daily improvements and increased performance.

You will also be required to support equipment supplied to customers, manage maintenance plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in ensuring reliable and cost-effective operations
  • Advise technical staff on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair work
  • Conduct field missions according to customer needs
  • Manage maintenance and/or repairs
  • Implement upgrades
  • Provide advice to local operators to enable daily improvements and increased performance
Requirements
  • Complete technical education in MMA or Engineering degree
  • Solid experience with Airbus Helicopters products (H125, H130, H135, H145, H160, H175)
  • Experience/training with the H160 will be a plus
  • CHT in CEL and active GMP
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (verbal, written, and reading)
  • Advanced English is essential
  • Good communication skills, ease in dealing with customers, proactivity, ability to analyze and solve problems/conflicts, and convey knowledge
