About the Role:- You will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality technical training programs that cater to the needs of apprentices, field staff, and contractors.
- Design and deliver engaging face-to-face training sessions in both classroom and training yard settings.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Travel across the state as needed to support your team.
- A strong background in delivering training and assessment in the electrical industry is essential.
- Hold relevant qualifications, licenses, and experience including a Certificate III in Electrical Supply Industry (ESI) Distribution Overhead or Distribution Underground, or Certificate III in Electrotechnology, QLD Electrical Worker's License, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Proven experience delivering technical trade and post-trade training in a structured environment.
- A deep understanding of industry standards, safety requirements, and technical competencies is required.
- Strong communication skills to engage diverse audiences are necessary.
- A self-motivated individual with adaptability and comfort with travel requirements.
- The successful candidate will be flexible to deliver courses outside their primary area of expertise when required.
