Forensic Investigations Professional
Are you a seasoned forensic investigator with experience in financial crime, digital review, and advanced AI tools?
This role is an opportunity to join a global team focused on championing compliance and ethical standards. Reporting into the Senior Counsel, Americas, Europe & Sub-Saharan Africa, based in London, your expertise will be pivotal in identifying, corroborating, and remediating risk and compliance concerns across geographies and markets.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Investigate whistleblowing reports and breaches of external laws, regulations, and codes applicable to agencies in Americas, Europe & Sub-Saharan Africa
- Support the Investigations Senior Counsel in ensuring thorough and prompt investigations and remediation
- Contribute findings into reporting, recommendations, and business integrity program development
- Collaborate with other WPP departments to pursue objectives

**Requirements:**
- Significant forensic investigative experience in financial crime, with ingenuity and persistence to obtain information when not readily available
- Experience in using e-discovery systems and creating targeted digital review structures for efficient data analysis
- Ability to leverage advanced AI tools for efficient and accurate digital evidence analysis
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills for delivering investigation results in a commercial environment
- Skills and experience in working with whistle-blowers and sources to obtain information appropriately
- Problem-solving ability to work without predetermined programs to identify and solve issues
- Knowledge of chain of evidence procedures and confidentiality of sensitive material
- Ability to manage and prioritize a large and varied case load effectively and efficiently
- Proficient English required, proficient Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred, other language skills beneficial
- Professional background with ACA or equivalent or legal qualification beneficial
