This role is ideal for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.
As a hiring assistant, you will participate in hiring and talent hunting activities and support people operations and administrative processes.
You will communicate with internal teams and, when needed, with clients to understand business needs.
Contribute to process improvements and data management in a fast-paced environment.
Work closely with the team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Ensure that all recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and procedures.
,- Must-haves:
- English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.
- Nice-to-haves:
- Previous administrative or service-related experience; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree.
- Competitive compensation - R$2.5K with possibility to increase to R$5k after 6 months
