AI Specialist Role Overview

The Principal AI Specialist, Customer Success position is a key role in driving business outcomes through cutting-edge Zendesk AI solutions.

This dynamic customer advisory position works closely with customers' organizations to achieve rapid value realization and success.

To accomplish these goals, the mission of the AI Specialist team will be to:

  • Drive AI adoption throughout the customer journey using Advanced AI Agents.
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive AI adoption into overall success planning.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services and ProdDev teams to ensure customers realize value from AI.

Key objectives include proactive customer health management, close collaboration with Zendesk customers and colleagues, and cultivating growth of Zendesk customer relationships.

AI Specialists, Customer Success will deliver exceptional customer experiences by quickly getting Zendesk customers to value. They will partner with Professional Services to define objectives, project scope, and minimize time-to-value. Ensuring continued engagement after launch is crucial.

In addition, AI Specialists, Customer Success must forge strong relationships with Zendesk customers and drive adoption of Advanced AI Agents.

Responsibilities

This role involves working across various levels within a customer's organization, from CXO-level down to senior leaders, administrators, and production development teams.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and experience in implementing AI solutions.
