Job Overview

The role of Senior Project Manager in eDiscovery involves high-level management, delegation, and execution of daily tasks related to e-discovery projects. This position reports directly to the PM Directors and requires the ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, IT personnel, and other team members to ensure successful project completion;
  • Plan for project execution and mentor junior team members as required;

Essential ResponsibilitiesLeadership
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members;
  • Identify and facilitate growth opportunities for colleagues;
  • Manage and plan project resources effectively;
  • Initiate and participate in business development opportunities;
  • Participate in strategic client meetings and oversee client-level reporting.
Project Management
  • Provide end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serve as the primary client point of contact;
  • Develop and manage relationships with internal teams;
  • Define, articulate, implement, and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables;
  • Plan and manage internal and external project communications effectively;
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years of experience in litigation support or a related field;
  • Demonstrable experience in leadership roles;
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints;
  • Excellent communication, client management, and interpersonal skills.
