**About the Role**

The Senior RF Network Optimization Specialist interfaces with customers to provide network design, optimization, and performance-related services. As a key member of our team, you will plan and execute technical tasks requiring specialist skills in your professional area, working independently to solve customer request cases and reporting according to processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan and execute technical tasks requiring specialist skills in your professional area.
  • Work independently to solve customer request cases and report according to processes.
  • Identify and solve technical problems, sharing knowledge in your professional area.
  • Provide support to clients and/or customers (typically on-site) in your field of expertise.

**Position Requirements**

  • A minimum of 15 years' work experience in RF Planning & Optimization for 5G/4G (LTE)/UMTS/GSM.
  • Radio Network Planning and Optimization 5G/4G(LTE)/3G/2G.
  • In-depth experience in technical support of Nokia products.
  • Result-oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Team player, open communication, and ability to work in an international team.
  • Knowledge and practice of planning and optimization processes.
  • Knowledge and practice of RF Planning tool and DT measurement tools.
  • Good knowledge of 5G/4G/3G/2G KPIs, practice in creating and analysis of statistical KPI reporting.

**Education & Experience or Other Requirements**

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.
