We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team at a Swedish IT firm.

  • Identify and recruit engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and manage the relocation process with support from a global team and Swedish delivery management.
  • Coordinate visa, work permits, housing, tickets, and other practical relocation arrangements with the Swedish delivery management team.
  • Collaborate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development families.
  • Maintain a high level of service, professionalism, joy, and trust in all interactions with engineers and clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience, a solid network of local engineering talent within IT, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in multiple locations.
  • Analytical, well-organized with strong attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, sociable, outgoing, and highly self-motivated.
