As a key member of our digital services team, we are seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer to support the development and maintenance of our Azure-based digital solutions. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operation of our digital services, ensuring seamless performance and minimal downtime.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance, analytics, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive initiatives to increase quality and reliability across all workstreams from hardware to cloud teams.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting, problem mitigation, and tracking of resolutions for L3/L4 support.
- Support the development team by identifying potential issues and providing feedback.
- Coordinate test automation of product components – unit testing and integration testing.
- Support planning for performance, uptime, disaster recovery, and capacity growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
- Experience with automated testing (Unit, Integration, Functional).
- Coding skills and experience with maintaining cloud applications is preferred.
- Knowledge about continuous integration and delivery using Azure DevOps.
