Our Vision for the Future

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Engineering to lead our innovative engineering teams. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for setting product vision, making strategic decisions, and communicating with various groups.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AAA game development, strong leadership skills, and a passion for pushing the limits of technology.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor engineers to achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm architectural solutions
  • Work closely with leadership to build and shape product vision
  • Propose and execute new initiatives that drive business growth
  • Be a point of contact for cooperation with other Epic teams
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in the game industry
  • Experience shipping AAA products with live services in a leadership position
  • Strong technical background, including software architecture, design principles, data structures, and algorithms
  • Great communication skills, verbal and written, with experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Advanced knowledge of C++ and Unreal Engine
  • Agile and product-oriented mindset
