**Job Description**

The Latam Structuring team originates and structures bespoke investment solutions across a spectrum of different client bases. They are responsible for driving the agenda and providing expertise in structuring and solutions opportunities related to Global Markets products.

They partner with institutional and corporate sales teams globally to offer best-in-class product knowledge and deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead product and trade idea generation and innovation.
  2. Design, price, structure, and market transactions for institutional and corporate clients in Latam.
  3. Help define client strategy and work to increase penetration of solutions business with Latam client base.
  4. Lead new product approval process, working collaboratively with key sales and trading partners as well as various functions.
  5. Demonstrate team leadership including recruiting, training, and development.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Latam structuring.
  • Strong understanding of markets & financial products across macro and credit asset classes.
  • Strong understanding of local regulatory framework, clients, and solutions landscape.
  • Prior experience leading staff and building teams.
  • Strong communication skills, work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented mentality.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
