About the Role
  • You will be part of our Systems Integration Laboratory in Juiz de Fora-MG, Brazil;
  • Collaborate on projects in test life cycle, both in Brazil and the USA;
  • Develop test plans and scenarios related to software qualification and system component testing for Positive Train Control;
  • Execute PTC system tests; ensure high-quality software delivery for testing purposes;
  • Configure and operate existing simulators in the PTC test laboratory;
  • Maintain the test laboratory (predictive/corrective maintenance);
  • Analyze PTC system failures, collect evidence and record occurrences in test tools; generate Test Report and ensure timely deliveries;
  • Communicate test results to the test leader;
  • Participate in the development cycle of our Telecom Software (OCM, RFM, MDM etc.);
  • Investigate production occurrences related to Telecom software;
  • Report defects found in testing to developers;
  • Keep PMO informed about new releases of Telecom-SW.
Your Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is willing to take on a variety of tasks including:

  1. Development of test plans and scenarios;
  2. Execution of PTC system tests;
  3. Configuration and operation of existing simulators;
  4. Laboratory maintenance;
  5. Analysis and reporting of PTC system failures;
  6. Communication of test results;
  7. Participation in the development cycle of Telecom Software;
  8. Investigation of production occurrences;
  9. Reporting of defects;
  10. Coordination with PMO.
