">Overview

As a senior specialist in commercial flows, you will play a key role in leading the implementation of process harmonization and digitalization across the organization. The position is part of the Center of Excellence for Finance, IT, and HR based in Lyon.

  • Lead the finance transformation of the group
  • Digitalize processes and organizations
  • Help rotate to finance best practices and tools

The team consists of experienced resources with strong expertise in their domain, coordinating various projects within the organization.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for one or more of the following end-to-end processes:

  • Purchase and sales of commercial goods
  • Inventory management
  • Transportation flows

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guaranteeing business practices and processes related to commercial processes
  • Supporting countries in executing these processes while ensuring efficiency in terms of tools, organization, and processes

This involves live country support, enhancements, project implementation, innovation, and collaboration with partners and other departments.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of operational experience is required, preferably from a finance consulting firm. Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in finance transformation projects, focusing on commercial flow areas
  • Working experience in international environments, process design, and implementation in IT tools

Fundamental understanding of core accounting and finance processes, analytical thinking, exceptional organizational ability, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
