About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at TTEC, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer experiences that drive business results. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer service with a standard of excellence, courtesy, empathy, trust, assertiveness, and a focus on solutions.
Work in the after-sales area handling tickets and maintaining the customer portfolio.
Identify new business opportunities and explain how our products and services work, including prices, deadlines, and conditions.
Handle complaints, concerns, financial and payment information, delays, and other issues that may arise.

What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in the Office package, especially Excel.
Ability to multitask and perform multiple activities simultaneously.
Excellent written and phone communication skills.
Strong analytical profile and ability to work as part of a team.
Adaptability to work in a fast-changing environment.
