Junior Project Manager Role Overview

Are you a motivated and skilled project management professional seeking a challenging role in a remote environment?

We are looking for an individual with strong Scrum Master principles understanding to join our team as a Junior Project Manager.

This position involves coordinating a mobile development team adapting a POS system to a new market, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication.

  • Coordinate a mobile development team to adapt a POS system to a new market, guaranteeing seamless execution and transparent communication.
  • Facilitate Scrum events, guide the team in Scrum practices, and foster open and transparent communication within the team.
  • Manage stakeholder communication to align priorities and ensure successful project delivery, track project progress and metrics, and adjust team priorities based on task estimation and stakeholder feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and support the alignment of team activities with project scope, deliverables, and goals as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of project management experience with a solid understanding of PM theory and tools.
  • Strong people management and team facilitation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with metrics such as predictability, estimation, velocity, capacity, and change request volume.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to adapt, follow instructions, and take guidance.
  • Solid understanding of Scrum with experience facilitating Scrum events.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
