Job Summary
Gerresheimer is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of production staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage production schedules and workflows to meet customer demands and production targets
- Supervise and coordinate production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes
- Monitor and control production quality, identifying and addressing any issues or defects
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and improve overall production performance
- Provide training and guidance to production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to production staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
