Technical Account Manager

This is a high-impact role for an expert in wireless carrier technologies, focusing on driving Hardware and Software Technical Approvals. As a key member of the Carrier Technologies team, you will collaborate closely with engineers to drive innovation on products used by millions worldwide.

The ideal candidate should have direct experience working with wireless carriers in region, enabling cellular devices and services in Brazil and Latin America. Strong technical skills are essential, including extensive proficiency in analyzing full stack logs, troubleshooting, and enabling features related to 5G, LTE, IMS, and WiFi Calling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive higher performance and innovative product roadmaps.
  • Work closely with wireless carrier partners to ensure requirements are accurately translated to internal teams.
  • Investigate carrier issues and partner closely with carrier personnel and wireless development teams to drive resolution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years direct experience working with wireless carriers in region to enable cellular devices and services in Brazil and Latin America.
  • Proven experience enabling network cellular features and familiarity with current deployments across carrier networks.
  • Extensive proficiency in analyzing full stack logs, troubleshooting, and enabling features related to 5G, LTE, IMS, and WiFi Calling.
  • Knowledgeable in software engineering and release processes.
  • Experience in negotiating timing of issue resolution and feature enablement with carriers and internal partners.
  • Program/project management experience delivering complex technical projects.
  • Knowledge and meaningful experience with device certification process and requirements from wireless carriers.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
