Job Description

The Lease Construction Manager will play a crucial role in the success of our data center operations. This individual will be responsible for managing the construction process, ensuring that each project meets the required standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing stakeholder dependencies and construction deliverables
  • Coordinating with Microsoft's Subject Matter Experts (SME) and stakeholders
  • Ensuring lease provider compliance with MSFT requirements
  • Driving business OKRs for region capacity delivery goals
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction project management, specifically in data centers or mission-critical projects. They should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to self-direct and manage teams.
