The Role

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) professional to join our Marketing team. As a Senior SEO Manager, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing our SEO strategy. You will implement our SEO initiatives, provide recommendations for targeted content initiatives, and drive our business' growth and success with US audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Zicasso's SEO strategy, and own/execute on all initiatives, such as website content optimization, deep keyword research, and more.
  • Monitor website performance and user behavior, and identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve organic search results and ROI based on consumer knowledge and insights.
  • Perform competitor analysis on a regular basis to identify communication best strategies and SEO opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, and identify and implement solutions to SEO challenges and issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, development, partnerships, and traveler care teams to improve SEO processes and productivity.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as SEO Manager, SEO Specialist, or similar role
  • 6+ years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
  • Proven success in SEO
  • 8+ years of experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development
  • Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, GSC; experience with SEMRush/Ahrefs, 3rd party crawlers and similar tools, plus SEO AI tools such as Surfer SEO.
  • In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods, and significant experience in analyzing data
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
  • Proven project management skills for multiple ongoing projects and tasks
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's in Marketing or similar field required. Alternatively, relevant coursework or certifications in SEO, digital marketing, or web technologies will be considered
  • Master's in Marketing, MBA or similar relevant field is considered a plus
