Senior Data Analyst

We seek experienced Senior Data Analysts to join our Research & Development Team (R&D), utilizing data to drive business objectives. Their role will involve generating hypotheses, validating them with data, and providing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the organization.
  • Develop and execute tests to validate hypotheses using data analysis techniques.
  • Analyze complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and interpret results.
  • Produce regular reports on findings, using statistical methods to inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions and decisions related to data analysis.
  • Collaborate with data product managers to design effective data products.
  • Prioritize business needs in conjunction with management.
  • Foster a data-driven culture and improve data literacy among colleagues.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in analytics, BI, statistics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Extensive experience with data visualization and storytelling using data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Desirable:

  • 1+ year of experience with Python, R, or another programming language.
  • Experience with people analytics.
  • A background in Business, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
