The Core Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support the retail operations of our iStore business. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our stores, providing administrative support to the management team, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the management of stock control and asset management to minimize risk
  • Support the implementation and adherence to company policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

**Requirements:**

  • A Completed Matric (Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous)
  • 1+ years admin experience in a retail environment or a degree
  • 2+ years admin experience in a different industry

**Ideal Candidate:**
