Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Operations Coordinator to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our outlet managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to outlet managers, including typing, taking minutes, and drafting letters.
  • Operations Coordination: Assist in the coordination of food and beverage operations, including the development of documents related to policies and procedures.
  • File Management: Maintain the security and upkeep of all food and beverage files.
  • Recipe Management: Coordinate the input of standard recipes into computers and maintain the computerized recipe file.
  • Menu Coordination: Type and coordinate the printing of all outlet menus.
  • Database Management: Create and maintain a food and beverage database on suppliers, guests, and other contacts.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials for meetings attended by the Food and Beverage Director.
  • Purchase Requests: Submit purchase requests for the food and beverage division and log and trace purchase requests.
  • Guest Inquiries: Handle and direct food and beverage inquiries to the appropriate ambassador.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate a master weekly schedule for the division.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer software and applications.
